Several world champions will compete on Saturday, 17 June at the 13th edition of the BMW HERO Südtirol Dolomites. Some of the favourites are the UCI marathon world ranking’s top three: Fabian Rabensteiner, Andreas Seewald, and Martin Stošek. They’ll be joined by Leonardo Paez, 7-time winner of the HERO Dolomites, Urs Huber, Alban Lakata, and Diego Arias Cuervo. The champions in the women’s category also feature some heavyweights: Lejla Njem?evic and Stefanie Dohrn, the top two in the UCI ranking, will be competing against Claudia Peretti, Costanza Fasolis, and Sandra Mairhofer. Adelheid Morath, winner of the 2022 edition, and Katazina Sozna, 2018 and 2021 winner, will also be there. Vincenzo Nibali, the strongest Italian cyclist of the 2000s, and 2012 Olympic medallist Marco Aurelio Fontana will also take place at the starting grid.
